StackSurveys, LLC ("we," "our," "us") provides the following Privacy Policy which sets forth our practices related to collecting, using, disclosing and selling information that is personally-identifiable to a user ("Information").
By accessing and using our website stacksurveys.com which offers surveys and other content (the "Site"), you understand and agree to our collection, use, disclosure and sale of your Information. If you do not understand and agree to how we collect and handle Information, please do not use or visit the Site or participate in the surveys. Please note if you are not a U.S. resident, you are not permitted to use the Site.

We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days. If you request deletion of your Information, please note that your Information will be suppressed from further use. However, we will retain and may use your Information as necessary to comply with our policies including legal obligations, dispute resolution and enforcement of our agreements.
We ask users to identify themselves and the Information requested to be accessed, corrected or deleted before processing such requests and may decline to process requests that we are unable to verify, are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others or would be extremely impractical.
Our surveys may ask health-related questions which we may share with our third-party marketing partners who advertise health-related products and services on our Site. We will use this health information - with your consent - to display offers for health-related products and services or to provide Information to these providers so they can contact you.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, or accidental loss or destruction of your Information. Access to your Information is strictly limited and we take reasonable measures to ensure that your Information is not accessible to the public. We don't generally collect sensitive Information such as medical information, driver's license/ID card number, health insurance information, Social Security Number and credit card information. Given the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that our security measures or those of third parties will prevent your Information from being improperly accessed, stolen or altered. In compliance with applicable laws, we shall notify you and any applicable regulatory agencies if we learn of an information security breach of your Information.

California users have several rights regarding the collection, use, disclosure and sale of their Information under the CCPA:
Exercising Your Rights. To exercise your CCPA rights, email us at contact.stacksurveys@gmail.com. We verify all requests to prevent unauthorized access. We strive to respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt.
Disclosure of Information Collected and Sold. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you for the 12 months prior to your request:
Right to Opt-Out. Users have the right to opt-out from the sale of their Information. We provide a "Do Not Sell My Personal Info" link on each page where we collect Information. While our agreements with third parties prohibit further sale or use beyond our agreement scope, if a California user opts-out, we will notify all third parties to whom we have sold the user's Information within the previous 90 days.
Deletion of Information. You have the right to request deletion of your Information, subject to certain exceptions. We may decline your deletion request if the Information is necessary to:
Access and Portability. California users have the right to access Information we collected about them in the previous twelve (12) months. You cannot request access more than twice in any 12-month period.
Nondiscrimination. We will not discriminate against California users who exercise their CCPA rights.
Authorized Agent. You may appoint an authorized agent to act on your behalf to submit CCPA requests. The agent must be registered with the California Secretary of State and you must provide written authorization.
Shine the Light Rights. California residents may request information regarding our disclosure of their Information to third parties. To exercise your rights under the Shine the Light provision, email us at contact.stacksurveys@gmail.com specifying the Site you visited and your registered email address. Please allow thirty (30) days for a response.
Browser "Do Not Track" Signals. As required by CalOPPA, we inform you that we do not honor or alter our behavior when a user has activated the "do-not-track" setting on their browser.
Nevada residents have the right to opt-out from the sale of covered information to third party data brokers. To exercise this right, email contact.stacksurveys@gmail.com with the subject line "Nevada Privacy Rights." Please allow thirty (30) days for a response.
We reserve the right to revise and update this Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on our Site. Any revisions will be effective thirty (30) days after posting and will apply to all Information collected both before and following the effective date. If we expand the way we use Information, we will notify users and provide choice regarding the new use.
